FAQ’s

Q.  Will you pick us up and drop us off at one or multiple locations?

A. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority so we pick up and drop off all guests as determined by the host.  

Time starts 20 minutes into the drive.

Q.  Can we bring alcohol on the bus?

A. Yes, if you are age 21 or older!  All riders are permitted to bring a small cooler on board with cider, beer, wine, or seltzer; hard liquor is not permitted and will be confiscated. We follow DOT laws and regulations. Drinks must be in a can, bottle or cup with a lid.

Open cups are not permitted.

Visually Intoxicated guests unable to comprehend directions/rules may be removed from the trip.

Q. How many people can ride on each bus or van?

A. Both our shuttle bus and sprinter van can accommodate up to 14 passengers, but we suggest limiting capacity to 12 passengers for a more comfortable experience. Our van accommodates 11 passengers.

Q. Can we pick where we want to go?

A. Yes, you’re in control of your destination and can control the music as well!

Q. Is gratuity included in the trip cost?

A. Gratuity is not included. We like to think our drivers are some of the best in the business so please tip your driver. Drivers keep 100% of their tips!

Q. Is there a penalty if we make a mess?

A. Yes, we have a “3P” fee of $500 to cover the cost of additional cleaning associated with the 3P’s.

Glitter, sparkles and pizza are prohibited. Snacks only on the shuttles.

Q. Where do you travel?

A. We are now an interstate business so we can travel both in and outside Ohio.

Q. What are your USDOT and PUCO numbers?

A. USDOT number is 3629092 and our PUCO number is 650779

Q. Do you have a lost and found?

A. Yes, please contact us if you forgot something on one of our shuttles, but we are not responsible for items left behind.

Q. What is your cleaning protocol?

A. We sanitize the interior of our vehicles prior and immediately following each trip.
